Your sample will be sent to you 7-10 days after payment and photo/graphic are received. You may submit card information using this form or print it out and mail with your payment and photo/graphic. Photos will be returned. Graphics and photos can be sent via e-mail attachment. If you have no graphic and would like one on your card, e-mail us with your preferences and we will search our graphics libraries and e-mail you some samples to choose from.

 

If you have a card designed in Microsoft Publisher, attach it to an e-mail and you can avoid paying setup fees.
